Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@artisanhandloom.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the return authorization number. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return authorization email.
  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-exchangeable.

Exchange Process:

  1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at exchanges@artisanhandloom.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the item you wish to exchange for.
  2. Receive an Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the exchange authorization number. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the exchange authorization email.
  4. Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange. The new item will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@artisanhandloom.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
